Mercy Primary Care Center will be
a proactive partner in facilitating the delivery of comprehensive, patient centered, timely, cost efficient care in a safe and collaborative environment, to uninsured adults in Detroit in areas of most need and in alignment with our partnerships. Mercy Primary Care Center will be recognized as a national model for chronic disease management for at-risk populations.  Services will be provided with compassion and dignity for the individual and respect to our patients, staff and partners.
