Our Staff - The Star in You

The staff at Mercy Primary Care Center truly makes the difference in the care that we provide by serving with passion and compassion. Each month we highlight the achievements of one of our staff members through The Star in You program.

Chantell Stainback
SHINING STAR

Chantell Stainback has been employed with Mercy Primary Care Center as a Clerical Receptionist for three years.  She has a big heart, full of love when it comes to her dog named “Darkness.”  Everyone at MPCC would like to say a big ‘Congratulations!’ to Chantell and her fiancé, who will be getting married this month.  We wish you guys well in all your endeavors!

Chantell is a compassionate ray of sunshine.  She always has a smile and cheerful greeting for everyone.  She makes it a pleasure to talk to her, even when she is telling you something you may not want to hear.  This is especially helpful as she talks with people about the documentation they need to bring to their visit. Chantell shows a genuine interest in the other person that makes them feel valued.   She can cheer someone up just by saying good morning. Chantell is diligent in her work and finds better ways to do things in the office. You can hand her a project confident in the fact that it will get finished efficiently and accurately. She goes the extra mile with a smile.

The staff at MPCC and McAuley Center considers Chantell a joy to work with and be around.  She is very compassionate with the patients and staff members.  She is wise beyond her years.  “Thanks for being wiser than some.” We thank you for your charming and funny sense of humor.  One of Chantell's co-workers says, “When Chantell is not here I miss her big smile” - loves always Chica.   Chantell also has a way of making the week go by fast with the smile that she carries from Monday through Friday.   Thank you for all your famous sayings “Happy Monday and Happy Fridays.”

“Thanks for being such a good friend and a good cook.  You are truly the youngest old person I know.   What more could a person ask for. Stay the Sweet and Caring Person that you are.”
