The staff at Mercy Primary Care Center truly makes
the difference in the care that we provide by serving
with passion and compassion. Each month we highlight
the achievements of one of our staff members through The Star in You program.
Carol Lyons has been employed with McAuley Nursing Center for nearly three years as a receptionist. In this role, she spends half of her time supporting care for Mercy Primary Care Center patients.
Carol is a loving wife and awesome mom to six children and fourteen grandchildren. She believes that spending time with family is very important. Carol loves to travel and cook good home cook meals for her family.
“To know Carol is to love her”, says the staff at McAuley and Mercy Primary Care Center. Fellow associates think of Carol as being a down to earth and funny individual who is honest and caring. She is always willing to help the patients and staff members in any way she can. When the patients are calling McAuley, they would like nothing more than to speak with Carol to take care of their personal needs. “We are so happy to have her here,” say fellow associates. Carol has a tough exterior but deep down on the inside she has a soft spot.
