Our Staff - The Star in You

The staff at Mercy Primary Care Center truly makes the difference in the care that we provide by serving with passion and compassion. Each month we highlight the achievements of one of our staff members through The Star in You program.

JASON NORMAN DRIVEN STAR

Jason is the Driven Star for Mercy Primary Care Center. He is the proud father of one son.  Jason has been employed with Mercy Primary Care Center (MPCC) since 2003.  It is rare to see Jason without a smile on his face.  He is congenial, friendly, and helpful – all great qualities for a transportation driver.  Not only does Jason pick up and drop off the patients for their appointments, he also assists them in and out of the van, when needed, with care.

Jason is always willing to help with projects that come up, even when they do not relate directly to his job.  When Jason is not transporting patients to their appointments, he helps in every department at MPCC whether it is medical records, pharmacy or the SPA (Special Personal Assistance) area.  He is definitely a team player.  Jason is effective at completing tasks on the computer, helping to create creative and informative signs for MPCC.  He is also very detailed oriented, which is useful for working on special assignments in Excel.  

The staff at MPCC likes to think of Jason as always being a polite, sweet, caring, nice and funny individual to be around.  The patients at Mercy Primary Care Center truly miss Jason when he is unable to   transport them for their appointments. Jason likes to think of himself as the CEO of Transportation for Mercy Primary Care Center.
