Tracy Chan
EXPECTING STAR |
Tracey Chan is a Nurse Practioner at McAuley Health Center. McAuley Health Center is a nurse-managed health center operated by the University of Detroit Mercy. In her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Tracey spends half of her time serving the uninsured patients at Mercy Primary Care Center and half of her time serving the insured population through McAuley.
Tracey has been married since 2004. Tracey is a loving wife and she is expecting her first child soon.
Tracey grew up in Rochester, Michigan. She received her nursing degree from Oakland University. Shortly after that, Tracey began working at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. She worked there for 8 years in the Critical Care Department. In 2006, she received her MSN/NP from Madonna University. After graduating, Tracey worked 6 months in a cardiology practice and then she became a full time Nurse Practitioner at McAuley Nursing Center.
The staff members at McAuley and Mercy Primary Care Center like to think of Tracey as being a caring and knowledgeable health care provider. She works collaboratively with the healthcare team and is a real pleasure to work with. Tracey has a lot of patience when it comes to her patients.
